Payment and Refund Policy

Course Fees

Certain educational programs and courses require payment. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes won't affect enrollments already completed.

Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless you've arranged an alternative payment schedule with us. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you're not happy with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you haven't completed more than 20% of the course content.

Refund requests should be submitted to contact@pelcivonara.com with your enrollment details. We process approved refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Educational Content Disclaimer
